TELE-WORKSHOPS! 

• Do you live hours away from the nearest MSIA community? 
• Are you looking for an easy, fun way to introduce friends and family to MSIA? 
• Would you like to attend a live MSIA workshop in the comfort of your own home? 

Well, do we have exciting news for you!  MSIA is beginning to offer Tele-workshops as a new avenue for  making the Travelers teachings available worldwide.   

These Tele-workshops are offered via the telephone with features that will make you feel like you’re all in the same room.    For example, you’ll have an opportunity to participate in partner exercises, small group work, and large group sharing……  all of this and the blessings of learning more on practical spiritual topics. 

To kick off this project, we're offering two pilot 1 1/2 hour introductory open events this coming March and April.

In the Abundance and Prosperity email class, sponsored by Peace Theological Seminary (PTS), students learn the deeper spiritual meaning of wealth, abundance, prosperity and riches. As they explore their own concepts about abundance and the results they have produced, students are given the opportunity to bring more Spirit into that aspect of their lives. The spiritual principals of seeding and tithing are presented as ways to bring greater awareness of how God can be their "partner" in life. Students often experience a greater level of abundance and prosperity as they test the principles of seeding and tithing and focus on gratitude for the many ways they are blessed.

Forgiveness - PTS Worldwide Email Class

The Forgiveness email class is designed for people who are looking to expand their experience of love and peace in life. Many of the world's spiritual traditions suggest that in life pain is inevitable, while suffering is chosen. Things happen in life that hurt: We fall and scrape knees, we lose jobs, end relationships, we misunderstand each other, we feel rejected,etc. What we do with those hurts determines how much we suffer, and for how long. Suffering comes from the meaning we give to our experiences. Some of the best tools for giving constructive meaning and ending suffering are forgiveness, loving and gratitude.

Representing the Traveler - PTS Worldwide Email Class

April 11 - May 1, 2010
Pre-requisites: Current volunteers in any organization founded by John-Roger as well as Discourse subscribers who would like to explore ways of serving the Traveler.

In this PTS e-mail class entitled Representing the Traveler, we discover the joy and blessings present as we serve organizations founded by John-Roger. By sharing our loving and devotion with those choosing to volunteer around the world, we learn how serving as Traveler's Representatives assists our own individual movements of spiritual inner awareness. Through forgiveness, gratitude, letting love lead, and letting go of what no longer works, this class helps us open up more fully and completely to what does work by experiencing the grace and ease that already is. This class is open to current volunteers in any organization founded by John-Roger as well as Discourse subscribers who would like to explore ways of serving the Traveler.

MSS Year 1

New York’s MSS-1 class will start September 2010. The class will meet at E. 56 St. and Sutton Place South, a quiet residential neighborhood not far from the Abigail Adams Smith facility, which so many of us are familiar with.

There’s plenty of time for more people to sign up. Do you know of people who haven’t taken MSS-1 or who took it and might like to audit? It’s a great way to stay close to the Traveler energy. (Audits get a discount.)

The purpose of the course is to provide students with an ongoing, in-depth program to study, experience, and integrate the teachings of Soul Transcendence. The course work is designed to encourage students to:

• Gain a greater awareness of yourself as a divine being.
• Rededicate yourself to Spirit in all aspects of your life.
• Apply the Traveler's teachings as a conscious, daily commitment.
• Create life experiences that are in alignment with your Soul’s purpose on this planet.
• Enhance your awareness of God as your partner.

Dates:  Year I starts in September 2010 and ends in June 2011. Year II starts in September 2011 and ends in June 2012. (no class in December)

Format:  Friday evening (7pm - 10pm); Saturday and Sunday (9am-7pm).  Start times are exact, end times are approximate.

Location:  New York City or Westchester, NY

Admission Prerequisites:

• An active subscription to MSIA Soul Awareness Discourses for 12 months prior to the start of the program.
• Maintain an active subscription to Discourses (if 144 not complete) as well as to the Soul Awareness (SAT) series during the program.
  
• Students must be 18 years of age or older.
  
• High School graduate (or the equivalent).
  
  
  Cost:  The average 2009-10 monthly base tuition for Year One is $275 (audits: $200); the tuitions for 2010-11 have not yet been determined.  Discounts are available for quarterly and early tuition payments.  Tuition may be higher based on additional costs to run the program.
  
  Please take some time to discover if participating in this program in NY is for you. To consider having a class the Fall of 2010, the time for action is NOW.  Our goal is to have a minimum of 10 deposits by February 1, 2010.

Deposit:  Deposits can be given by credit card number with expiration date or a $100 check, payable to PTS.  Deposits will not be processed until the class has been confirmed.  The $100 deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable once it is sent to PTS.
